-Beth Riesgraf: So this is my idea..So Parker starts to morph. And, all of a sudden, she’s combined with one of the most deadly animals on the whole planet, and…it’s a shark. Parker turns into a shark, and she grows a fin.
-John Rogers: Parker becomes Sharker.
-Beth: Oh! You got it!!! That’s what I came up with!
-Bodyguard1: That was her idea.

-CHRIS DOWNEY: We write a line between them being, you know, flirtatious and brother/sister and, you know…there’s always a protection-
-JOHN ROGERS: Well, it’s a distinct contrast in that. Nate/Sophie come into this with a sexual component implied, but they have not developed the emotional component and so it goes wrong on them during the course of the season. Where the entire point was Hardison and Parker come into it from a totally “business worker..co-worker” and because they have to build a trust during the course of the season, that’s how their relationship evolves.
-CHRIS DOWNEY: They’re like stepsiblings.
-JOHN ROGERS: Stepsiblings with a little…a little bit of heat-
-CHRIS DOWNEY: Yes. Stepsiblings with potential.
